Description

Telephone Service provides campus, local, national and international long-distance phone service. Additional features such as three-way calling, conferencing, call waiting, and single- and multi-line telephones are also available.

Who can use this service

Campus faculty, staff, students, and any allied agency on campus property

When the service is available for use

Supported Service Hours:
Twenty-four hours a day all year

What you must have in order to use the service

Completed Telephone Service Request (TSR)
(Faculty, staff, and allied agencies should contact their Unit Coordinator.)

How to request changes to this service

University employees should ask their Unit Telecommunications Coordinator to send the change request to the CITES Service Request Management Office via a Telephone Service Request (TSR).

How to find out about changes to this service

Changes to the service will be announced on the Telephone Service web page. Unit Telecommunications Coordinators will also be notified to inform their unit's subscribers of any changes.
