Description

Targeted Mailing provides a convenient web interface to submit and distribute email to specific campus audiences. Each Targeted Mailing must be approved by a designated University office during the submission process before being sent to the specified campus audiences.

Who can use this service

University faculty, staff, and students

When the service is available for use

Supported Service Hours:
8:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday

Extended Service Hours:
5:00 P.M. to 5:30 A.M. Monday through Friday
7:30 A.M. to 8:30 A.M. Monday through Friday
Weekends (excluding the Maintenance Hours listed below)

Maintenance Hours:
5:30 A.M. to 7:30 A.M. Monday through Friday
5:30 A.M. to 10:00 A.M. Saturday
5:30 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. Sunday

What you must have in order to use the service

To submit a Targeted Mailing you need the following:

  • NetID and NetID password
  • CFOP (University account number)
  • List of NetIDs or email addresses to receive the mailing
  • Computer with Internet connection
  • Graphics-capable web browser (most recent browsers have this capability)

Each Targeted Mailing costs $150.
