Description

The CITES Password Manager is a secure web site where you can change your NetID password and passwords for CITES services.

Who can use this service

Any person with a NetID

When the service is available for use

Supported Service Hours:
8:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday

Extended Service Hours:
5:00 P.M. to 5:30 A.M. Monday through Friday
7:30 A.M. to 8:30 A.M. Monday through Friday
Weekends (excluding the Maintenance Hours listed below)

Maintenance Hours:
5:30 A.M. to 7:30 A.M. Monday through Friday
5:30 A.M. to 10:00 A.M. Saturday
5:30 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. Sunday

What you must have in order to use the service

  • NetID and one of the following:
    • NetID password,
    • Active Directory password, or
    • UIN and answers to pre-set security questions
  • Computer with an Internet connection
  • Web browser
