Description

Pinnacle Advanced Reporting allows departments to view detailed billing information and to schedule automatic reports about the services that they purchase.

Who can use this service

Departmental administrative staff who have been authorized to access their department's billing information. To find out if you are authorized, see the Access List or call the CITES Business Office at (217) 333-4349.

When the service is available for use

Supported Service Hours:
Twenty-four hours a day, excluding the maintenance hours listed below

Maintenance Hours:
5:30 A.M. to 7:30 A.M. Monday through Friday
5:30 A.M. to 10:00 A.M. Saturday
5:30 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. Sunday

What you must have in order to use the service
  • NetID and NetID password
  • Authorization from the CITES Business Office. To request authorization call (217) 333-4349 or email cites-business@uiuc.edu
  • Web browser that supports Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. Most recent browsers have this feature.
  • Computer with Internet connection

A subsidy provided by the Provost on behalf of the campus allows CITES to offer this service at no charge.

How to find out about changes to this service

An announcement is sent to the Business Manager Group mailing list. Those who use Pinnacle Advanced Reporting are automatically added to the Business Manager Group mailing list when they receive authorization from the CITES Business Office. In addition, Unit Telecommunications Coordinators will be notified to inform their unit of any changes.
