Description |
Pinnacle Advanced Reporting allows departments to view detailed billing information and to schedule automatic reports about the services that they purchase. |
Who can use this service |
Departmental administrative staff who have been authorized to access their department's billing information. To find out if you are authorized, see the Access List or call the CITES Business Office at (217) 333-4349. |

How to find out about changes to this service |
An announcement is sent to the Business Manager Group mailing list. Those who use Pinnacle Advanced Reporting are automatically added to the Business Manager Group mailing list when they receive authorization from the CITES Business Office. In addition, Unit Telecommunications Coordinators will be notified to inform their unit of any changes. |
