Description |
OnSite Consulting sends a skilled consultant to a client's home or office for technical support with PCs, Macs, and Unix machines. Typical problems that OnSite consultants assist clients with include dialup and networking connection issues, operating system and software installation, server set-up and administration, multimedia installation and configuration, and hard drive installation. OnSite Consulting cannot guarantee a solution to every problem, but makes every effort to solve problems that lie within the abilities of its consultants, or to direct clients to the department or business that can provide the answer. |
