Description

The NetID Claiming Service informs incoming students of their assigned Network ID and allows them to set their NetID password and password security questions.

Who can use this service

Persons who have been notified to claim their NetID by a letter or email message from the Office of Admissions and Records, the Office of Continuing Education's Academic Outreach program or the Graduate College

When the service is available for use

Supported Service Hours:
8:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday

Extended Service Hours:
5:00 P.M. to 8:30 A.M. Monday through Friday
Weekends (excluding the maintenance hours listed below)

Maintenance Hours:
5:30 A.M. - 7:30 A.M. Monday through Friday
5:30 A.M. - 10:00 A.M. Saturday
5:30 A.M. - 12:00 P.M. Sunday

  • Computer with an Internet connection
  • Web browser that supports cookies
  • Letter or email message from the Office of Admissions and Records, the Office of Continuing Education's Academic Outreach program or the Graduate College
