Description

Listserv is software that allows campus faculty, staff, and students to create, manage, and subscribe to electronic mailing lists. Listserv provides both a web and email interface for convenient management of lists.

Who can use this service

  • Anyone can subscribe to a list, as long as the list has public membership.
  • Faculty and staff members can create and own a list if the list pertains to research, units, or other campus-sponsored purposes.
  • Students can create and own a list if they are officers of a Registered Organization or are teaching assistants for a class, and the list pertains to campus-sponsored purposes.

When the service is available for use

Supported Service Hours:
8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday

Extended Service Hours:
5:00 P.M. to 5:30 A.M. Monday through Friday
Weekends (excluding the Maintenance Hours listed below)

Maintenance Hours:
5:30 A.M. to 7:30 A.M. Monday through Friday
5:30 A.M. to 10:00 A.M. Saturday
5:30 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. Sunday
