Description |
Cellular telephone service provides portable, private, two-way communication with access to the public telephone network. Calls can be placed to or received from any telephone number, as long as the unit is in an area served by a cellular transmission tower. The State of Illinois requires the campus to purchase cellular telephone service under the terms of the State of Illinois contract, negotiated by Central Management Services. The contract is administered by CITES. |
